Luana Garden Villas

Located on Maui’s beautiful west coast, Luana Garden Villas, is a luxury condo development comprised of 72 three-bedroom villas with their own private enclosed garages. Each villa offers over 2,000 sf of interior living space as well as spacious lanais featuring fully-equipped outdoor kitchens. The interior showcases premium Bosch stainless steel appliances, high-end finishes, and a thoughtfully designed floor plan to accommodate an active Maui lifestyle.

This project was completed in three phases, called Enclaves. The landscape includes a resort style pool and spa area for each enclave to be enjoyed by the owners, as well as colorful native Hawaiian vegetation, mature palm trees, and cool grassy areas for lounging.
