About the Project
The newly constructed Ka’anapali Ali’i Recreational Park Facility is situated on over one and a half acres of tropically landscaped grounds. This facility included construction of the project entry structures inclusive of gates, walls and security system, the recreational park facility, out building such as mail structure, trash enclosure, fitness center, along with a parking lot, 50 full size palm trees of landscaping, water features inclusive of waterfalls, infinity pool and hot tub.
The upscale facility and subdivision required expert craftsmanship in every area. It demanded a very high level of finish, both inside and outside. Custom carpentry skills were necessary to create a very detailed plantation look.
