The building encompasses 54,000 square-feet of interior space plus a 6,000 square-foot deck on the second floor. The building includes a 31 foot-high first floor ceiling, elevator from the first to second floor, folding glass storefront doors, stamped concrete with color added at main rear entrance, and a 20 foot-diameter ceiling fan in the showroom.

The scope of work included excavating for a 20,000 square-foot basement to two feet above mean seal level, forming and pouring the basement walls and floor. The project also included the installation of a sanitary lift station in the basement for a restroom that is installed in a watertight vault three feet bellow mean sea level. The construction included a structural steel frame for a building 59 feet-six inches high to the top of the roof, allowing for a second smaller showroom eight feet above the H-1 freeway.
